Weight Training for Women
Many women are afraid to
train with weights for fear of looking too big and too muscular. Women
do not need to be concerned with this because they are genetically not
built to have huge muscles. It can be done, but it takes a lot of hard
work and proper nutrition. Training with weights can help women tone and
shape their body. Help deal with problem areas such as flabby underarms.
Most importantly, weight training helps to strengthen muscles and prevent
injuries from occurring.

Forearm Exercises (Wrist
Curls)
If you experience tennis
elbow, sore wrists or hands say from work due to repetitive strain (typing
on a keyboard or constantly using your computer mouse) I find forearm exercises
using light to moderate weights work best to prevent this type of pain.
By performing 3-4 sets of 12 reps of forearm curls weekly, you'll strengthen
your forearms which will help you to eliminate and prevent any soreness
