
This is a dinner that is quick and easy to prepare utilizing the greens, vegetables and herbs that are in season and readily available from your garden or your grocery store.
Sardines - high in Omega-3, vitamins and minerals plus a great source of protein. Quick and easy to prepare. In this dinner, I used canned in water sardines and already de-boned. Combine it with brown rice and black olives, greens and olives plus a fresh salad - it makes for a delicious, packed with nutrients and very healthy dinner.
