Fresh amaranth and dill omelette, a fresh garden lettuce salad with a homemade salad dresssing: oregano, lemon balm, olive oil and apple cider vinegar cider.

Perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner!

Most of the ingredients are fresh from my garden, except for the tomatoes. They are not in season yet but unfortunately store purchased.
