Iso Row Back Exercise Using the Hammer Strength Machine

The Hammer Strength iso row machine is an excellent back exercise machine for working out the back and for building the thickness of your back muscles.

On this exercise machine, you have the option of using a close-grip or a wide-grip to do this exercise. Each option works out the back muscles from a different angle and will work out different back muscles providing you with strengrh training variation. I am going to demonstrate the close-grip. You can do this exercise either 2 arms at a time or 1 arm at a time. I prefer 2 since it will save me time.
