This year it seems that North America is experiencing the warmest winter on record and very little or no snow. Everybody is talking about it. I can never remember a winter this mild! Consequently, the above average temperatures have enabled people to continue to ride their bikes, go running or rollerblade without feeling too cold. Of course these mild temperatures for this time of year always bring out some people with shorts! For me it may be mild, but not that warm! Shorts can wait for the spring.

However, since it is still winter and the days are shorter, if you do prefer indoor exercise activities, I have compiled a list of articles for winter exercise ideas. Some of these can be done in your home with no equipment or minimal equipment or at the gym or the fitness center.
