Bodybuilding,
Phase 2 program and after two days I am still sore. I've never ever
felt
my muscles get such a great workout and all the variety keeps me from
getting

I am already down
to a 32 inch waist from a 34 and
my strength has increased
considerably! I was using 100 pounds on the Bench Press, but now I'm
