Look Better Naked
Look Better Naked was the
headline that was featured on a flyer that came in my mail this morning
from a local gym. These days gyms and even cosmetic and beauty companies,
like Dove, will use nudity to sell their services and products.
This leads me to the question,
do you want to look better naked?
The ancient Greeks sculpted
nude male and female statues. They wanted to show the beauty of the human
body in it's natural form, as well as the perfection of the human form.
I like to read a lot about archaeology. I could give you a detailed explanation
on this topic, but this most basic summary will suffice.
People nowadays exercise
for various reasons. Bodybuilders exercise to attain human body perfection.
Athletes exercise to excel at their respective sport. Your goals may be
different. You may want to build some endurance, a better physique or you
may simply want to look and feel healthy. You may want to look good when
you try on a bikini. Whatever your reasons, by exercising and staying in
shape you will attain these goals. At the same time, you will feel comfortable
and happy with your body. In reality, you will indeed 'look better naked'
as the flyer headline says.
