I’ve decided to change the focus of
my fitness and exercise
blog. It will now appear in more of a personal diary format dealing
with the
way I exercise and the structure of my fitness workouts. My discussions
should
give you a perspective of how I exercise and hopefully help you with
your
fitness workouts. I don’t expect you to exercise the way I
do, but hopefully
you can use the information and hints that I provide you.
Also,
you may agree or disagree with
the way in which I exercise and so, you should! My philosophy is that
you take
your knowledge of basic exercises, you apply them to your workouts and
you
modify them over time to suit your fitness goals and your
body’s needs. Everybody
is different and the way you exercise should reflect this. Basically
your
fitness routine should suit you. Anyway, I find that over time, you
really need
to evaluate what and how you are doing and working out to improve upon
your
results. If you happy with your results, continue with what you are
doing
In
this blog, my workouts will mostly involve weight
training. I do a little bit of cardio exercise involving rollerblading,
but
only in the summer. The reason for this is that I really
don’t need to do any.
I have a high metabolism, so I can get away without doing any. I
don’t
recommend this for everyone, though.
From
time to time, I will add fitness tips and discuss
fitness issues of interest to you.
