choose depends entirely on your fitness
goals.The exercises you
will be doing and the approach you take in performingthese exercises will
depend on whether you wish to gain
muscle and strength, tone
and lose weight or just stay in shape and
be healthy. I will briefly
describe a sample exercise program which
can be adapted for all people
regardless of your age or fitness
objectives.

3. Pregnancy and Heart
Rate
by Christy Dafter - howtobefit.com
I started running when I
was fourteen, so I was not new to running
when I became pregnant for
the second time at thirty three. With
my first pregnancy at twenty-three
and just finishing a collegiate
running program, I was burned
out from running both mentally and
physically and decided to
walk for my form of exercise. Plus, I had
always heard that it was
dangerous for a pregnant woman to let her
heart rate get too high
during exercise. I had no way to monitor my
heart rate then except to
stop and take my pulse, and that just was
not convenient, or accurate,
for that matter. I figured I would walk
at a leisurely pace and
that should be okay. Now, looking back, I
wish that I had had a heart
rate monitor then. It would have made
exercising a lot easier
and would have made me feel much more
comfortable being able to
constantly monitor my heart rate while
exercising.

4. Using Nutrition To
Boost Your Cardio
by shapeyou.com
So, you’re doing cardio religiously
and you’re not getting any results…What’s the deal? Good news. You’re probably
just making some minor mistakes that need to be corrected. If you want
to make changes to your body, it’s probably pretty important for you to
understand how your body works. After all, I doubt you’re running on the
treadmill because your cable got shut off and the cardio-theater at your
gym is the only place you can watch “The OC.” I’m almost certain you want
to burn fat. So, let’s learn how that works.
