Do you find that after a "normal" 8-5 work day your head and body

I believe it is now the time for us to get involved in a regular muscle 
training exercise program that will not only enhance your shape and 
give you energy, it will improve your health and attitude. Exercise has 
been proven as one of the most powerful medicines for improving one's 
self esteem and outlook on life. Our children, spouses, relatives and jobs 
are so demanding that it is often difficult to find time to give the gift of 
fitness to yourself. Exercise, however, can provide you with not just the 
physical energy you need to keep going, it provides you with the emotional 
energy you need to stay in the game.

Exercise during pregnancy can be a great means of achieving strength, 
flexibility and endurance gains helpful for labor and recovery. For 
those who are overweight or have not been involved in exercise programs 
previously, beginning an exercise program may not be advisable. Maintaining 
a healthy level of physical activity during pregnancy has, however been 
shown to benefit both mother and child. By involving yourself in a pregnancy 
fitness program, you can ease your pregnancy as well as your post pregnancy 
fitness.

4. Having Trouble Sleeping?

Try this technique that I've used for many years and it works 99% of the time. 
It's all based on breathing to relax you mind and body. Getting yourself ready 
for sleep. A troubled or anxious mind and body is usually not prepared for sleep, 
unless your are completely exhausted.

Lie down in your bed and take a long slow deep breath in and slowly breathe out. 
Focus and concentrate on your breathing. Do not think about anything else, 
otherwise this will not work. Do this about 3-5 times. Usually you will not even 
reach the 4th or 5th time.
