1. Article - Targeting Those Trouble Spots
Here is an interesting article that was sent to me, which I would like
to share with you in this newsletter. It deals with getting rid of
fat in
problem areas or particular spots using a technique called blasting.
You may or may not have previously read about the ideas presented
in this article, but I find that every once in a while it's good to
go back
to basics. To re-read, re-examine your workout routine and make any
appropriate changes, adjustments to better accomplish your fitness
goals.
Whether you can do it in 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week as mentioned
in this article is irrelevant. You should be able to find at least
30 minutes
a day, 3 times a week to exercise and accomplish your fitness goals.
